Hi all,
I'm developing a proposal for #AHA24, looking for new approaches to "The Historian's Craft" or other gateway-to-the-major courses, especially in light of AHA's new "Guidelines for Broadening the Definition of Historical Scholarship." What tools do students need to succeed as historians? How can we equip them to take history and historical thinking out into the world? Hoping to use this panel to think more expansively about framing, method, assessments in this crucial course for historians-in-training.
