Hi everyone,
Our school year kicks off on the 28th of August. I work directly with about 35 department chairs. We will be focusing on these questions. How would you answer them or what are some key discussion points to keep in mind?
1) What are the contemporary objectives/goals or reasons for students to study social studies/history in secondary education? What does studying these subjects offer?
2) What are some best, most effective ways or instructional practices to teach social studies/history?
